Today, I finally found the time to go to Munich city again, it was the first day this week without clouds – so lets enjoy the sunshine a little bit – make the final store visits for my trip to New York and visit my favorite hair stylist of PURO-Friseure München in the afternoon for a fresh styling.
I already questioned which nail polish I should use, as I wanted to have an intense red nail polish color for my trip – the question was Chanel – Le Vernis – 475 Dragon or 159 Fire or the darker red OPI (Quarter of a cent cherry) nail polish. The decision was: Chanel 475 Dragon Le Vernis. I really like the nail polishes by Chanel – so classy red colors.
When entering the city in the afternoon it was still sunny and arriving at Marienplatz, Munich was great – blue sky, little white clouds and not so crowded – might depend because of the temperate of -5 degrees celsius – but I love the clear days, as you can also see on the picture with view to the world famous Victualienmarket.
Arriving right in time after that at PURO-Friseure München and my famous hair stylist Patrice Hess (also known by a lot of TV shows on German television) was ready for another great styling. What a wonderful treatment during the afternoon and finished right now to go another great Munich spot – the Munich Sushibar in Schwabing.
What do you think about the new curly style – just a small add on – but I personally think, it makes the look for the winter a little bit more “natural”.

Als ich die Stadt am Nachmittag erreicht hatte, war es noch schön sonnig am Marienplatz in München, blauer Himmel, kleine weiße Wolken und nicht so überfüllt – was wohl an der Temperatur von -5°C gelegen haben düfte. Aber ich liebe diese klaren kalten Tage, wir Ihr auf den Fotos vom Viktualienmarkt sehen könnt.
Pünktlich dann noch bei PURO Friseure München am Isartorplatz eingetroffen und direkt von meinem Stylisten Patrice Hess (bekannt auch aus vielen TV-Shows, wie z.B. auch bei RTL 2 – Extrem Schön) und bereit für ein wenig Styling. Ich hatte eine wunderbare, entspannte Behandlung und direkt nun weiter zru Sushibar in Schwabing.
Was haltet Ihr von dem leicht gelockten Look? Nur ein wenig verändert – aber ich finde es wirkt im Moment ein wenig freundlicher und natürlicher…
You all know that I go to Puro-Friseure München (by Maximilian Ufertinger and Patrice Hess at Isartorplatz 5, Munich) for my hair and stylings – but as they do not offer extensions and I needed a few extensions for a new project within the next weeks, I got the invitation to visit the store of Falk Royss in Munich, who is known by TV and press and one of the top-adresses in Germany and the only hair stylist in Munich voted the fifth time in a row as “Master of Extensions” and “VIP Partner Salon”.
These were also good recommendations, so that I decided to take the invitation and had an appointment last Wednesday visiting the Falk Royss store at Stephansplatz 1, 80337 Munich, Germany (+49 89 26 02 60 44).
I didn’t want these extensions visible to everyone, small add ons of length (for me between 10-15cm) and easy to remove and still not dangerous for my hair, where other aspects – so I am satisfied with the extensions by Great Lengths.
The service and also the information you receive before selection of your extensions were really great and also if you check the prices with other services in Munich or in Germany very fair. If you are looking for extensions for your hair – take a look at Falk Royss in Munich.

Der Service und die Informationen die ich vorab erhalten habe, sowie die Auswahl der Extensions waren wirklich serh gut und wenn Ihr die Preise mit anderen Anbietern in München oder Deutschland vergleicht, sehr sehr fair. Just a few more days till christmas eve and always the difficult question, what kind of shoes for your christmas eve outfit or a week later for your new year’s eve party outfit. It always depend a little bit on, where you will celebrate christmas eve or new year’s eve.
As I am not celebrating christmas eve in Munich this time and will leave the city a few days before December 24th, I had to made my preparations in advance and finished it today.
Today I wanted to show you the pair of high heels I selected for the evening of December 24th (as in Germany it starts on the evening of the 24th and not on the morning of the 25th) – so you prefer a little bit more elegant.

Usually you find only a mild one for the Christmas blend, but this time, Starbucks decided to offer the traditional Christmas blend 2011 and also the Christmas blend Espresso Roast bold with a spicy and caramelly touch.

It is coming to a tradition for me – getting the Starbucks Christmas blend coffee. You know that I prefer to drink coffee and special drinks by Starbucks, so I was really excited that the winter drinks are back in stores.
For me having the cold weather outside, getting a gingerbread latte or toffee nut latte is a thing to prepare a little bit more for the holiday season. It makes a lot of fun visiting the cities, getting a coffee by Starbucks and looking for gifts for friends and family.
If you feel the wind outside and than getting the taste and smell of gingerbread, you know – holiday season is already there. Usually I grab always a package of the traditional christmas blend, but this time – for the first time ever – Starbucks decided also to offer a bold Christmas blend – “The Christmas Blend Espresso Roasted – bold, spicy and caramelly…” and it tastes wonderful!

Most of your read before that I had the opportunity to go to the Rihanna Concert in Munich at the end of October 2011 at Munich Olympiahalle and I have to say – it is an amazing show you have to see.
Starting with Calvin Harris for approx. 60 minutes and great Disco Music in the beginning – everyone was waiting for Rihanna and the start of “The Loud Tour”. After 45 minutes of rebuilding the stage Rihanna started with the first songs, e.g. Only Girl and it was great from the beginning till the end – for me, she is the perfect show girl, flexible and great.
In my opinion, Rihanna shows sexy outfits from the beginning till the end, hot positions, sexy dances and yes – she is a naughty girl… It was interesting to see mothers with kids 12 years or younger not knowing how sexy Rihanna might be, but yes – that is Rihanna, that is also a reason to go to her concerts – super perfomance, super voice, super hot dancing acts. Her ballads are unbelievable – you should be ready for goosebumps – and to have songs like “Umbrella” at the end of the concert gives you a good feeling to go home…
If you are open mind, you will love the show. There are a few locations on the Rihanna Loud Tour where you find tickets for if you are planning to go there – possible cities for you might be (London, Dublin, Barcelona, Madrid and Hamburg, e.g.)
To get a first impression of her and a look behind the scenes, I can recommend the DVD “Good girl gone bad…” – I will start with my preparations for one more shows this year, hotels are already booked, now I check the possibilities via ebay, seatwave, etc. for a good ticket or full package… – If everything works out, I will go to Zurich and the outfit will be not casual again… If you have a chance to visit a Rihanna concert close to you – do it!
Rihanna - The Loud Tour - to get a first impression take a look on her DVD - Good Girls Gone Bad
Translate: Viele von Euch haben es gelesen, dass ich die Möglichkeit hatte, auf das Rihanna Konzert in der Münchener Olympiahalle Ende Oktober 2011 zu gehen und ich muss zugeben, es ist eine Wahnsinnsshow, die man gesehen haben sollte.
Begonnen hat alles mit DJ CalvinHarris für ca. 60 Minuten und toller Diskomusik – so dass jeder auf Rihanna “The Loud Tour” eingestellt war. Nach 45 Minuten Umbauzeit, begann Rihanna unter anderem mit Only Girl und es war perfekt von Angang bis Ende, für mich ist Sie DAS perfekte Showgirl, flexibel und großartig.
Meiner Meinung nach, zeigt Rihanna sexy Outfits von Beginn bis Ende, heiße Positionen und sexy Tänze und ja Sie ist ein “böses Mädchen”… Es war teilweise schon sehr interessant zu sehen, wie Mütter mit 12 jährigen Töchtern geschockt waren, wie sexy sich Rihanna geben kann – aber auch das ist für viele Besucher ein Grund auf ein Rihanna Konzert zu gehen – super Darstellung, super Stimme und tolle Dancing Moves. Ihre Balladen sind atemberaubend, Gänsehaut garantiert und Songs wie “Umbrella” am Ende zu haben, geben ein tolles Gefühl für den Heimweg.
Wer etwas offener ist, wird die Show lieben. Es gibt noch ein paar Konzerte für die “Rihanna – The Loud Tour”, für die man eventuell noch Karten erhalten kann (z.B. London, Dublin, Barcelona, Madrid und Hamburg)
Um einen guten Eindruck von Riahnna zu erhalten und einen Blick hinter den Kulissen, kann ich Euch die DVD “Good girl gone bad…” empfehlen – während ich mit den Vorbereitungen für eine weitere Show dieses Jahr mit Ihr plane (Hotelzimmer schon einmal geblockt…) und die Möglichkeiten über Ebay und Seatwave ausprobiere oder ein komplettes Package nehme… – wenn alles klappt werde ich dann noch einmal in Zürich sein und mein Outfit wird dann sicherlich auch nicht wieder brav sein… Wenn Ihr noch die Chance auf ein Konzert habt, solltet Ihr es machen.
Am gestrigen Halloween Abend war es endlich so weit und auch ich hatte die Möglichkeit in einem der angesagtesten Restaurants, Bars oder Clubs zu speisen. Wie auch immer man es nennen mag, LEHEL-Bar ist eine Mischung aus allem und vor allem ein Treffpunkt guter Stimmung und guter Speisen.
Das Konzept vom einstigen P1-Gesellschafter Klaus Gunschmann und dem bekannten Münchener Hotelier und Restaurantbesitzer Alexander Lutz scheint absolut aufgegangen zu sein.
Eine nette Mischung aus allem und ein angesagter Treffpunkt mit einer perfekten Lage. Nur 50 Meter von der Maximilianstraße entfernt, direkt am Altstadtring, ein Parkhaus direkt hinter dem Haus oder wer es mit einem Spaziergang über die Maximilianstraße verbinden möchte, kann direkt in der Staatsoper parken.
Im Sommer draußen sitzen, im Winter schnell einmal unter einem Heizstrahler etwas Wärme sammeln, und innen ein flexibles Konzept von Tischen für ein Restaurant, einer Bar oder ein gemütliches Café am Nachmittag.
LEHEL – Club Bar Food ist eine sehr gute Location, die vor allem vom perfekten Essen, den sehr beliebten Cocktails und dem freundlichen Personal profitiert. Am gestrigen Abend war ein Jazzabend angesagt und obwohl alle Tische belegt war, die Gäste sich an der Bar versammelten und auch eine größere Gruppe neben mir den Geburtstag feierte, was dem Personal zumindest nach Außen hin, kein Stress anzumerken und es wurde überall freundlich nach dem Rechten gesehen.
Klaus Gunschmann und Alexander Lutz haben einen Hotspot in der Münchener Gastronomie-Szene geschaffen, die für jeden Gast und jedes Gehalt etwas entsprechendes Bieten. Hier trifft sich der hippe Unternehmer mit der stylischen Banker, das Model mit dem Girl-next-door und jede Altersklasse zwischen 18-80.
Egal wann man LEHEL- Club Bar Food besuchen möchte, es gibt für jede Tageszeit das entsprechende Angebot
Ich hatte mich am gestrigen Tage für ein 3-Gänge Menue entschieden und habe meine Entscheidung nicht bereut. Das von Küchenchech Jan Rubbenstroth ausgewählte Menue war sowohl sehr reichhaltig, sehr frisch und sehr schön zusammengestellt. Geschmacklich könnte man es auch als kulinarische Entdeckungsreise bezeichnen.
Für mich ist LEHEL – Club Bar Food – eine sehr gelungene Alternative als Neumüncherin, wer am Abend neben guten Speisen und Getränken auch nette Menschen um sich haben möchte.
Wenn Ihr auch abends einmal zu LEHEL Club Bar Food gehen möchtet, empfehle ich euch unbedingt einen Tisch rechtzeitig vorab zu resevieren. Ich werde in Zukunft sicherlich einmal wieder dort sein und es wird nicht so lange dauern, wie beim ersten Mal!

What a crazy day when reflecting October 1st, 2011 – Everything was prepared for the trip to London for the evening gala of the – Phantom of the Opera 25th anniversary at Royal Albert Hall, London, UK – I decided a few day before, which dress I will take, which pair of Louboutins will follow me to that trip and what kind of accessoires and so on.
After arriving at London City Airport (LCY) a real small airport I realized that Swiss Airlines lost my luggage on the way from Switzerland to London and explained that it will definetaly not arrive in London before October 2nd, 2011 as they have no ground staff available for clearing the luggage and bring it to the hotels. Never heard that before and the outfit you travel with, is not the same you wanted to go to an Opera…
So time for a quick drive to the hotel, getting the addresses of a few and famous labels and start browsing the stores at Oxford, Bond and New Bond Street. For this event I needed something special, more classy – more elegant and long… after checking out the stores of e.g. D&G, Donna Karan, Armani, Calvin Klein and also Chanel – I found my personal company… Hugo Boss – not the biggest store, but really nice people, very helpful and ready to show me every dress they have.
This decision was really easy – I selected the long evening dress with different transparent layers by Hugo Boss and special shoulders cut and needed just a new pair of shoes – platform high heels would be best, nude will be flexible and best for the dress, so I found a new pair of nude peeptoes by Stuart Weitzman and went back to the hotel. Quick change of clothes, makeup, hairs and then using the shuttle service of the wonderful W-Hotel London Leicester Square, to go to the Royal Albert Hall with an Audi A8 right in front of the entrance and with enough time to enjoy the atmosphere before the show.

So etwas wurde mir noch nie mitgeteilt und ein Reiseoutfit ist eben noch dafür gedacht, damit am selben Abend noch in eine Oper zu gehen.
Also nur kurze Zeit für den Transfer zum Hotel, Adressen von einigen berühmten Geschäften erhalten und dann auf zur Oxford, Bond und New Bond Street. Für dieses Event benötigte ich etwas besonderes, mehr klassich – mehr elegant and vor allem lang… nach Besuchen der Stores von D&G, Donna Karan, Armani, Calvin Klein und auch bei Chanel – habe ich doch wieder mein persönliches Geschäft gefunden… Hugo Boss – nicht der größte Store, aber wirklich nette Personen, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht mir jedes Kleid zu zeigen, welches Sie im Programm haben.
Dieses Mal war zumindest die Entscheidung sehr einfach – ich habe mich für ein langes Abendkleid mit verschiedenen halbdursichtigen Lagen von Hugo Boss und einem besonderen Schulterschnitt entschieden und benötigte nur noch ein neues paar Schuhe – Plateau High Heels würden am besten zum Kleid passen, nude ist ideal dafür und so gefiel mir das Paar nude Peeptoes von Stuart Weitzman am besten und dann zurück ins Hotel.
Schneller Wechsel der Kleidung, Styling, Haare, Makeup und dann den wunderbaren Shuttle-Service des W-Hotel London Leicester Square zur Royal Albert Hall mit einem Audi A8 direkt vor den Eingang in Anspruch genommen – so blieb noch genügend Zeit, trotz des stressigen Nachmittags, die Atmosphäre vor der Show zu genießen.
