I will have to take the time this weekend to select which outfits will go with me to New York and which special pairs of high heels I will take with me. You know girls and high heels…
I am sure to take my Louboutin boots Ronfifi Alta 100 leather boots with me and also my MIU MIU heels, but also a few of my special higher heels, especially for the evening and visiting clubs and restaurants.
As the space is limited on my luggage, I am sure, it will be a hard decision – but I still love high heels… and New York without high heels? No way!

Yesterday I received an interesting mail by Michael Kors showing the new collection for Spring/Summer 2012 and starting with this coat. Usually I prefer my black or silver coats by Hugo Boss, but I have to agree I like this classic light brown touch.
Great to combine with nearly every outfit and long enough to combine with most of my skirts – the leather details are great add on. I think I will give it a try and visit the local Michael Kors store in Munich at Theatinerstrasse within the next days.

Translate: Gestern hatte ich eine interessante Email von Michael Kors erhalten mit einem Blick auf die neue Frühjahr/Sommer Kollektion 2012, beginnend mit diesem Trenchcoat. Wie Ihr wisst, bevorzuge ich in der Regel die Mäntel in silber oder schwarz von Hugo Boss, aber dieser klassische braune Mantel hat schon etwas.
Irgendwie ideal um ihn mit den verschiedensten Outfits zu kombinieren und lang genug um ihn mit den meisten Röcken zu tragen und die Leder Accessoires wirken auch sehr gutdazu. Ich glaube ich werde ihn mir einmal genauer im Michael Kors Store in München in der Theatinerstrasse ansehen.
Was haltet Ihr von Mänteln und welche Farben bevorzugt Ihr für das Frühjahr/Sommer 2012?

Using the wonderful weather yesterday for another photoshooting with my look of the day. Getting 10cm of snow in Munich over the night and sun coming out in the morning, I thought it might be great for a few pictures in the snow…
I decided for a new combination with a brown/white faux fur vest and leggings and it was really warm. I like these winter days, with sun coming out, snow everywhere and people walking around.

Translate: Gestern bot es sich einfach an, bei dem schönen Wetter noch schnell ein Fotoshooting mit meinem Look of the day zu machen. Da es in München über Nacht 10cm geschneit hat und die Sonne am Morgen bereits zu sehen war, dachte es wäre schön noch ein paar Fotos im Schnee zu machen.
Ich habe mich für eine Kombination mit einer brown/weissen Kunstfellweste und Leggings entschieden, die wirklich warm hielten. Ich liebe diese Tage, die Sonne kommt heraus, überall der Schnee und viele Leute die spazieren gehen.

It is always a hard decision for me to select the right nail polishes right for the day, because I have so many polishes and favorite colors, but it depends often on the mood or on the reason for the day.
I prefer intensive red colors especially for travelling, it makes so much fun, when you give your passport to the officer and they look on your red nails and you will pass control immediately. :-)
I showed you my favorite four nail polishes for the day from left to right (OPI Russian Navy, Chanel Le Vernis 455 Lotus Rouge, Chanel Le Vernis 481 Fantastic and my tradtional one Chanel Le Vernis 18 Rouge Noir)
I personally like the nail polishes by OPI because they are much thicker and have a longer stability than nail polishes by Chanel – but Chanel is Chanel.
As you can see on the picture below I selected OPI Russian Navy for the day and the photoshootings in the afternoon. I had a few really beautiful pictures with a faux fur vest – I will upload them tomorrow.
Translate: Es ist immer wieder schwer für mich den richtigen Nagellack für den Tag zu finden, da ich so viele bevorzugte Nagellacke und Farben haben, aber es hängt häufig von der Stimmung und den Tagesaufgaben ab.
Normalerweise bevorzuge ich intensive Farben, gerade auch für das Reisen und wenn man dann den Blick auf die roten Nägel vom Zollbeamten sieht und man schnell durchgehen darf :-)
Ich habe hier einmal meine bevorzugten vier Nagellacke ausgewählt von links nach rechts (OPI Russian Navy, Chanel Le Vernis 455 Lotus Rouge, Chanel Le Vernis 481 Fantastic and my tradtional one Chanel Le Vernis 18 Rouge Noir).
Ich persönlich bevorzuge Nagellacke von OPI, da diese viel dicker und intensiver sind, als die Lacke von Chanel – aber Chanel ist eben Chanel.
Wie Ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt, habe ich mich für den OPI Nagellack “Russian Navy” entschieden, da noch ein Fotoshooting am Nachmittag anstand. Ich habe ein paar wirklich schöne Fotos mit einer künstlichen Fellweste gemacht, die ich morgen hochladen werde.

Visiting Dusseldorf and Cologne last week was a step back to my past for me – but I had business meetings and decided for a more classy version with a black minidress, ankle boots, a black belt and my Michael Kors handbag.
I used the time between two meetings for a short walk to the river Rhine, which was always a place, I saw every day when living in Duesseldorf – but when you come back after a few months, it might be something special for you.
As it was really sunny this day – it was possible to walk without coat in the sunshine and gave me the chance for these pictures.

Translate: Ein Besuch in Düsseldorf und Köln war für mich ein Schritt in die Vergangenheit – aber da ich einige Geschäftstermine hatte, entschied ich mich für eine klassischere Version mit einem schwarzen Minikleid, Stiefeletten, einem breiten schwarzen Gürtel und einer Handtasche von Michael KOrs.
Ich wollte die Zeit zwischen zwei Terminen nutzen, für einen kurzen Spaziergang am Rhein, welchen ich früher nahezu täglich gesehen habe, als ich noch in Düsseldorf gelebt habe – aber wenn man dann nach einigen Monaten zurück nach Düsseldorf kommt, ist es schon etwas besonderes.
Da es ein sehr sonniger Tag war – konnte man ohne Mantel im Sonnenschein spazieren gehen und gab mir die Möglichkeit, diese Fotos zu machen.

You all know that I go to Puro-Friseure München (by Maximilian Ufertinger and Patrice Hess at Isartorplatz 5, Munich) for my hair and stylings – but as they do not offer extensions and I needed a few extensions for a new project within the next weeks, I got the invitation to visit the store of Falk Royss in Munich, who is known by TV and press and one of the top-adresses in Germany and the only hair stylist in Munich voted the fifth time in a row as “Master of Extensions” and “VIP Partner Salon”.
These were also good recommendations, so that I decided to take the invitation and had an appointment last Wednesday visiting the Falk Royss store at Stephansplatz 1, 80337 Munich, Germany (+49 89 26 02 60 44).
I didn’t want these extensions visible to everyone, small add ons of length (for me between 10-15cm) and easy to remove and still not dangerous for my hair, where other aspects – so I am satisfied with the extensions by Great Lengths.
The service and also the information you receive before selection of your extensions were really great and also if you check the prices with other services in Munich or in Germany very fair. If you are looking for extensions for your hair – take a look at Falk Royss in Munich.

Der Service und die Informationen die ich vorab erhalten habe, sowie die Auswahl der Extensions waren wirklich serh gut und wenn Ihr die Preise mit anderen Anbietern in München oder Deutschland vergleicht, sehr sehr fair. Wenn Ihr auf der Suche nach Extensions oder Haarverdichtungen seid, schaut einmal bei Falk Royss in München vorbei.
Finally back from my trip to Cologne, Dusseldorf and the Ruhr Area for a few business meetings and now time again for writing my blog. I am sorry for the delay of updates, but time were too limited for another update.
Today I wanted to share a few pictures from the Cologne Cathedral “Der Kölner Dom” and from the river Rhine, taken in Dusseldorf with me wearing a black dress with Wolford tights and new ankle boots. The weather during these days in Cologne and Dusseldorf was amazing – clear blue sky and warm temperatures in the sunlight.

You already know the pictures of my visit at the beautiful Hotel Fuschl, near Salzburg, Austria – today I wanted to share with you the look of my walks around the lake and the castle garden.
As it was snowing all the day and really cold outside, I decided to take a faux fur with lamb leather inside, combined with black classical coat and a silver jeans. Combined with boots with a small 8cm heel (I cannot live without heels…)
The scenery was really beautiful, a little bit offisde the roads, no people around you – just the snow, the lake and the castle. It was a step back to the past – a little bit like a place for a fairy tale.

Translate: Ihr kennt bereits die Außenaufnahmen des wunderschönen Schloß Hotel Fuschl, in der Nähe von Salzburg, Österreich – heute möchte ich noch mein Look mit Euch teilen, den ich für den Sapziergang am See und im Schloßgarten ausgesucht habe.
Da es den ganzen Tag geschneit hat und wirklich sehr kühl draußen war, habe ich mich für einen Kunst-Pelzschal mit Lammleder auf der Innenseite entschieden, kombiniert mit einem klassichen schwarzen Mantel und einer silbernen Jeans. Kombiniert mit Leopard-Stiefeletten mit 8cm Absatz (ich kann einfach nicht ohne Absatz…)
Die Szenerie war wirklich sehr schön, ein wenig abseits der Straßen, keine Menschen weit und breit – nur der Schnee, der See und das Schloß. Es war ein wenig wie ein Schritt zurück in die Vergangenheit – ein eine Märchenwelt.
